In her nearly 30 years of newspaper, magazine, and book-writing and editing experience Marks has chronicled many business and consumer successes, failures, innovations, and changes. Prior to full-time freelancing, Marks spent more than a dozen years with The Denver Post, primarily as Sunday Business Editor and Special Projects Editor/Business. She’s also held a variety of editing, reporting, writing, and consulting positions at newspapers and organizations across the country and the Pacific--from Guam to Louisiana, Florida, Indiana, and Illinois.
